My schedule is currently closed to new patients. I apologize, but I am experiencing an unusually high number of appointment requests. In an effort to allow current patients to schedule follow up appointments I will be closing my online calendar to new patients for a short period of time. I do not know how long this will be for as it will be dictated by current patient demand.

If you are a returning patient and do not see an appointment available when you attempt to book it is because I am fully booked. If someone cancels their appointment you will see it appear immediately. In addition, the calendar opens up 30 days of appointments at a time. I.e. If today is Feb 5 at 3:00pm, then that means that all available appointments until Mar 3rd at 3:00pm will be open as long as Mar 3rd falls on a Mon-Thur. I cannot support a waitlist at this time and recommend checking back soon!

To change or cancel your appointment, please use the link on your automated confirmation email from Square. If the program does not allow you to cancel, it is because you are in the late cancellation window and must contact us directly to modify your appointment (the late fee will apply). A $50 fee will apply to no-shows and appointments cancelled within 48 business hours of the scheduled time. After the second late cancellation the entire cost of the visit will be owed.

If you are postpartum, we ask that you book your appointment for after your 6 week follow up appointment with your care provider. If you are within the first trimester of pregnancy, this may affect our ability to do a complete physical exam. Please contact us directly before scheduling.
